INTD Courses - Forms

Forms for INTD Course Proposers - To the extent possible, the INTD course approval process asks that proposers present their course requests in the format usually required by the University Senate's Curricular Committees.

This page and these forms will be reviewed and updated once the University Interdisciplinary Courses Committee forms in Fall 2008.

GEOC and Senate C&CC now use the same form. Electronic Senate CAF (email to yourself first and then, when you are satisfied it is complete, email to the IISP Director)

Some guidelines for the completion of the current Senate CAF are provided on the form itself, and some supplemental guidance (2002 is last update) is provided via http://www.senate.uconn.edu/GEOCInstructions.htm.
